Dear all,

We are implementing SAP CRM 5.0 for our own client,

I know the standard functionality of mySAP CRM as I have recently completed mySAP CRM certification.

from system point of view I am confident from configuration end, when it comes to business, somewhat I feel I may not able to map SAP standard functionalities with the common business requirements. I am pretty sure that SAP has solution almost for 90% of the Business requirements.

I would like to enhance my technical skills with regards to business requirements, for that I am looking for questions and answers type of material. In brief, I am looking for Business requirements as questions and SAP Functionalities as answers.

If any one of you come across such kind material, I request you to share with me, surely your help will be highly appreciated.

Hi Raghu,

As such there will be no standard questions and answers to any business requirement. They are dynamic and depend on the client as to what does he like to achieve from SAP implementation and some could be straight out of the box and other are purely developments.

More over as a functional guy you need to understand any business process of any industry well and depending on this you do business requirement gathering or blue printing with the client and if you feel that there are few standard available in SAP which can be met or development have to be done depending on the criticality of the business requirement.
