Release option not available "Report Malfunction" Fiori App

Hi Experts,

Can some one pls help me with the configuration of "Report Malfunction" Fiori

App which is one of major deliver with HANA 170X.

Upon the saving of notification , Maintenance order is being generate successfully, but "Release" button is not available after re open the Malfunction request. Also getting error while System status CRTD is active (ACT XX) while trying to access "Pause work" or any other status.

Can some one pls help me with the configuration of this "Report Mallfunction" App.

Thanks for your reply.

I have already maintained the basic HR integration, and maintained info type 0105 and 0001, 0010 sub infor types for that personal no. Pls find the attached screenshot from PA30.

Also attached the screenshots before and after saving the Malfunction Request.

It will really help us if you can pls share any documentation related to Define Overall Status in Fiori Apps for Maintenance Processing configuration, and how the status in Fiori app can link with SAP User status in Order or notification user status.

Hi Anil,

as indicated by Stephan, please check the order header in the backend. The "Release" action will only be offered to the person responsible maintained on the order header. If no person responsible is assigned, this could be due to missing customizing for your order type (partner determination procedure + partner function for order header, see transaction OIOM, "Assignment of Partner Determination Procedure to Order".

Regarding your question relating to the overall status: The actions you have mentioned are all business transactions from the system status management (BSV). You can attach a user status to be set when the business transaction is carried out (transaction BS02).

Hi Stephan,

Thank you very much for your update.

I have already maintained Info type 0105 and S.info type 0010 for this personal no.Pls find the attached screenshot from PA30 and before and after saving notification. Previously before linking the SAP User ID with the personal no, I do not even see the options of "start work", "pause work", etc. Post running of HR Sync report, I can see the user ID updated in IEMPLOYEE table.

Could you pls share any documentation on Define Overall Status in Fiori Apps for Maintenance Processing, and how how to link a user status with Start work, Pause work, work is done, Close report.

My guess is:

the person responsible on the header is not matching with the user logged in.

So the SAP User ID has to be linked to an employee which again is on the header the person responsible.

Pausing is only possible after release
