Wage Type Error

Hi

I'm trying to copy wage types. and getting the below error.

*already exists and cannot be copied again*

*Message no. 54296*

Diagnosis

You have entered a wage type that already exists in the customizing wage type field.

Procedure

Please enter a new name for the customizing wage type

I have selected an Original WT and while assigning customizing WT, i'm facing this problem.

If any one have a solution, plz let me know.

Please give a different watetype name in your customer WT starting wid a number.And chek Table v_t512t if dat name already exists..

Check ur wage type entries are exist in V_T512T table. If so copy with some other name.

Hi,

as mentioned in the first reply, you're trying to copy a WT into a WT - number which alrteady exists in your customer wage type catalogue.

If you change the number of the WT into which the SAP WT needs to be copied to, you should be fine.

Many thanks. I was also facing the same error while copying and creating from the T.code OH11.

Now, I have copied and created new wage type from the T.code PU30.
