hello all,

In order to solve a problem, i have deleted my BS then my TS in SLD.

But now, after created the TS (same than before) by the T-CODE R70 from my ecc 6.0, i have the following error when i tried to add the installed products :

"CIM_ERR_ALREADY_EXISTS: Instance already exists: SAP_InstalledProduct.CollectionID="43db058f-c59d-9b71-b9ba-7a72826efb2f",ProductIdentifyingNumber="0",ProductName=" SAP ECC"......"

I think i made a mistake by deleting my TS without uncheck my installed products so it keeps it in memory no ?

How can i pass through this problem ?

I've done a full cash refresh already and it doesn't solve my problem.

Any help would be appreciated...

Hello,

the links from mahesh are exactly what you need,

but you should use them without '?' at the end

Hello,

It was helpful.

But the action was :

SLD -> Administration -> Content Maintenance -> option all with instances with the option Installed products -> delete all relatived products with your system.

It works now.
