QP61 report showing 2 records for same MIC

Hello SAP Gurus,

I am facing one issue in QP61 report, A business user has deleted a MIC ( 0180) for an operation 0010 , using QP02 t code only once, he got an message that it depends on 250 MIC. but in QP61 report , there are two records showing for the same MIC 0180 .

User has deleted one MIC from Inspection plan using QP02 and it shows up two line items for one deletion

We are not able replicate this again in any test system.qp61-capture.jpg

I am attaching the screen shot , Please help to solve this issue.
