Convert Classic InfoCube to HANA-optimized in each system or in Dev. system then do transport ?

Hi BW experts,

After Migration of BW 7.4 to BW 7.4 (SP18) on HANA, I plan to do conversion for all classic InfoCubes to HANA-optimized InfoCubes by using the Transaction RSMIGRHANADB, but I'm not sure which way is correct:

1). Should I do conversion only in Dev. system and transport these HANA-optimized InfoCubes to QAS then to PRD ?

OR

2). Should I do conversion in Dev., QAS and PRD individually ?

Hi Galland,

1) You have to do it in each system.

2) It's just a question of time. Execute the conversion on all the cubes of your system can be time consuming. Splitting the conversion will give you more flexibility.
