Adding Location (characteristics) to a DSO!

Dears,

For a requirement to take a back up of initial stock from 000 to a infocube, while creating a DSO it is asking for an aggregate, hence the stock (stored quantity) KF is in 9AMARE I have given the same. But I do not have the location characteristics in 9AMARE, I need this location in my DSO, could you please help advise how location is added to the created DSO.
