DDIC activation error during ACT_700 phase of upgrade

Hi Friends,

Iam facing an issue during upgrade please help me solving this.

Please let me know your imputs ASAP because its very urgent & Iam not able to go ahead because of this issue.If usefull I'll definately give good reward points

Iam doing upgrade of Solution Manager 3.2 to 4.0.

on OS : Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4.0 & Upgrading DB :Oracle 9.2 to 10g Rel 2.

I have done following steps:

1)I have Upgraded the DB from 9.2 to 10g Rel 2

2)Completed the Prepare Phase & solved all the errors & warnings.Also ensured that it is error free & SAP is running

fine.

3)Now I have started the Upgrade phase in which Iam getting DDIC Activation error in ACT_700 phase as follows

"DDIC Acivation error & Return Code SAPAIPYJC7B.SMR"

1 ETP11 exit code :"8"

Error Screen Suggests me to check SAPup.ECO file.
