Issue with Scheduling

Hi All,

I have a webi report recurring instance, till couple of days back it gives me data in the report. In today's instance it gives me blank report. When i try to refresh it manually it gives me data and when i try to create a new instance with run now option it gives me correct result. But when i try to reschedule the old recurring instance it gives me blank report. I am not sure whats happening.

Version: 14.2.3.2455

Hi vijayaraghavan,

It might be temporary issue .Its because of many reasons backend data loading in progress or temporary server issue etc. Try to create new instance and re-run the same instance again and then check whether it is bringing data or not.

what are the filters in report scheduling instance? are they same in new instance and when you scheduling blank instance again?

Yes it is same, here we are using a logic for date prompt.

Date Equalto case when @prompt(Date) ='1/1/1801' the lastbusdate else @prompt(Date)
