Forward PR Workflow External Email Notification

Hi SAP,

I have activated PR workflow notification to user using external email. The PR release consist of two group. The first group required email to be send using external email to them and the second group what the external email to be send to their secretary .

i have maintain the substitute function for the second group, but the workflow email still send to them. Is there a way in SAP PR Workflow configuration or standard functionality that i can use to forward PR Workflow email notification to the substitute without the second group PR release get the email from system ?

could you elaborate more on the issue. There are 2 things, notifications (which is just an email) and workitems.

Is it that you saying that notifications are not sent to person who got substituted?

If substitution is done, it will send the workitem to other user's inbox.
