Early Warning System: SAP PM

Dear Experts,

I have configured 'early warning system' for my customer but they have a request that they want the descriptions against equipment # and FLocs when they receive an email alert. I have searched and checked and there is no such option in the characteristic field at the time of exception creation.

Can you please help? Is there a way I can fulfill my customer's request?
