Schedule Line dates

Dear PP gurus,

Our scenariao in make to stock REM. Some of the components are procured externally through Schedule lines.

We have created scheduling Agreements,

maintained purchasing info record for vendor, maintained source list.

Through MRP run sys is creating scheduling lines it is fine.

But my customers repmt is that sys should create schedul lines after 5 days of requirements date(Date of PIR of header) For this I maintened 5 days planned del time in MRP 2 view, also maintained 5 days in purchasing info record but still sys is creating schedule lines on PIR's date.

Component mrp type is PD, lot size is TB (daily lot size) no strategy group No checking in availability check.

Please guide me how to handle it.

Have you tried with opening period...set the opening period as 5 days in material master schedule margine key...it will work

No with opening period not working. I also tried with release period it is not working.

Actually problem is system is creating scheduling lines through mrp but it is giving creation date and delivery date same.

My repmt is that system should give delivery date after creation date, by days mentioned in plnd delivery time in material master.
