GRN print out

Hi

I am not getting GRN printout.Please tell me the reasons for not getting the output.What are the settings required for GRN printout and where can we do these settings.

for output use transaction mb90 and for configuration go to

inv management and phy inventory-------output determination

create a condition record we03 using transaction mn21 and assign it to the printer.

I have created GRN. I have tried for printout through MB90. I am getting message as "no messages for initial initial processing exist". What makes this wrong?

hi, i think you have not created the condition record correctly.

create a condition record as we03 with event type as we, print version 3 and print indicator as one

after that assign it to the print output by selecting the communication method.

WE01, WE02, WE03 ...what is the difference between these and when can use this.Please tell me clearly. In our case WE01 is used.

Hi,

Run MB02 transaction, enter material document number. Double click one line item and select messages. Separate screen will be opened to configure outputs. Give the required fields and save the document. Now Run MB90, you can take printout. Output Type: WE03

WE01-INDIVIDUAL SLIP PRINT SELECTION IN MIGO

WE02-INDIVIDUAL SLIP ALONG WITH INSPECTION SLIP

WE03-COLLECTIVE SLIP IN MIGO

In our case we are using WE01. Why should we use WE03, why not WE01.Please explain. And my client getting GRN print out for document type NB related POs but not getting GRN printout for document type UB related POs. Why it happens? And explain me please regarding "Despatch time"

hi,

kindly do the settings in NACE transaction.

in this you select a output type and assign the required details.

eg:we03

event type: we

print item:3

print indicator : 1
