How to add new text element in certificate profile for MIC?

Hi QM experts,
As we can see there are six standard text element(0001-0006) for MIC in the certificate profile. How can we add our new text elements in the drop-list for MIC in the certificate profile?
Although I add the new text element in the script form, but it does not show in the drop-list? Is there any other necessary configuration to be done?

Is the element defined with the structure CHAR_xxxx? See below for the SAP info:

The text elements and windows are addressed from program RQCAAP00. Each of the individual text elements provides an indication of which work areas are available. Text elements with the structure CHAR_xxxx can be used for the characteristic data. The suffix xxxx is used to make the characteristic assignments in the certificate profile. Example: a characteristic in a certificate profile is assigned to the text element 0001. The text element CHAR_0001 is processed for this characteristic in the form. The next line is interpreted as an explanatory comment for the text element and can be displayed in the certificate profile at the characteristic level.

However, my concern is that, although I created a new text element CHAR_9110 in the script form, when I create a new certificate profile using this form, in the drop-down list of the text element, I cannot see the 9110. Is there any other configuration necessary to be done?
