The user name and password you provide may be wrong. just cross check.

and I would not use J2EE_ADMIN user to login into IR or ID or RWB

I can use the same j2ee_admin to get into PI's UME.

But it cannot access RWB.

So password is not a issue.

Please advise more. Thanks!

Hi,

Please verify if the proper monitoring roles are assigned

SAP_XI_MONITOR (Composite)

SAP_SLD_GUEST

SAP_XI_BPE_MONITOR_ABAP

SAP_XI_DEMOAPP

SAP_XI_MONITOR_ABAP

SAP_XI_MONITOR_J2EE

For monitoring RWB at least SAP_XI_MONITOR_ABAP & SAP_XI_MONITOR_J2EE are must.

Also,

Try activating your ITS service.

Go to tcode SICF,

localhost --> sap --> public --> bc --> its

Right click it and activate the service. Hopefully this should help.

Thanks

If you have access to Tcode: SU01 then, go to the User-ID you are using to access or modify ID, IR or RWB.

and check if the user have the following roles:

SAP_BC_AI_LANDSCAPE_DB_RFC

SAP_XI_Developer (Composite Role)

SAP_XI_Configurator (Composite Role)

SAP_XI_ADMINISTRATOR (Composite Role)

SAP_XI_CONTENT_ORGANIZER (Composite Role)

SAP_XI_DISPLAY_USER (Composite Role)

SAP_XI_MONITOR (Composite Role)

try with the USER-ID: XISUPER

or you can ask the Basis team to provide you the User-ID to access Tcode: SXMB_IFR
