Win 7 + VS2017 + CRRuntime_64bit_13_0_21.msi

Hi,

I just installed VS2017 on my Win7 ultimate and then

CRRuntime_64bit_13_0_21.msi. No error messages during any installation. But Crystal Reports do not appear to be available whiling I am trying to add a Report into a Windows project.

I did get the message creating the project that I have to upgrade to Win10. Could that be the problem? Win7 ultimate is supposed to Support VS2017...
