Authorization Problem

Dear all,

I have one user with one role which is working fine but when I'm assigning the same role to other users he is not able to access some transation...any suggestions

Hi,

Use su53 transaction.

User should shouls start this transaction after access error.

There you have stated which permissions must exist to get required access.

That's true ask the user to run the tcode for which he/she is getting the error.

In the next session ask the user to run su53 (after he has run the tcode which is giving error )

Provide a screenshot of (su53) screen to basis people.

You can go to suim\and find roles with "authorization object" and look for all selections (shift + f7) and look for authorization object and find the role.

Hi,

launch PFCG and edit your zrole-> go to user tab and click on user comparison,

after that ask user for relogon.

HI,

is the roles contain that transaction ?

if yes than delete the authorization profile from the role and regenerate it using PFCG, might be profile is corrupted

there is no problem with role and profile b'coz other user is having same role and same profile. and that is working fine.
