Extract production order data error

Hi,

I use the datasource 2LIS_04_P_MATNR to extract production order data.

I created a production order in SAP ECC 6.0,the production order Total Qty is 6. After that, I changed the production order Total Qty to 10.

I used T-code SBIW to 'Filling the setup table',but I found the

production order Total Qty ( PSMNG filed ) is still 6 , not 10.

How can I correct this error? Many thanks!

In the Customizing of the PP information system (transaction OPL5), we can determine how the information system (PP-IS or BW) is updated for each plant/order type combination. We can distinguish between header, item and operation level. If the "release version" is activated for a combination,

the LIS buffers the data of the order (or of this part of the order) in a special table at the time of the release. Subsequent changes to the fields buffered in this way (in particular, quantities and deadlines) are then ignored during the data update in LIS and BW.

So I Checked whether the release versions were activated for a certain (business) reason or whether you may deactivate them again.

After I changed this setting, the data has been corrected.

After changing the production order to 10, you have to see the following

1. RSA7- data in delta queue

2. RSA3 - data getting extracted for new records

Then you have to execute your infoopackage in BI
