Fuel Consumption in Fleet management

Hi Experts,

My client has fleet Equipments(100 vehicles) and he wants to records the fuel and odometer reading and He wants to record a fuel cost for each vehicle but they don't maintaining the fuel stock inhouse they directly go to fuel pump station for fillup the Fuel and do the payment weekly.

Now they wants at the end of the day/month. How much Fuel they purchase for each vehicle, how much did it cost and how many mile did it drive.

In SAP the for recording the fuel cost standard process is given for the stock material. but here the client not maintaining the stock.....

kindly suggest the solution....

Hi,

First create fleet/ vehicle master data

Create Measuring points for respective fleets (for fuel & operating hrs/distance)

User can directly go the fuel pump & records consumption & Odometer reading in Excel template.

Same excel can be uploaded throgh some enhancement in SAP as a measuring document creation. Else User may Use T.Code IK11 for individual entry at a time or IK36,IK41 for more than one fleets measuring document creation at at time.

We are using same method by uploading Excel template sheet using some enhancement ZPM_IK11 & all details are available in MIS report MCIZ regarding fuel consumption, odoemeter reading & efficiency of fleets i.e. KM based avg KM/LTR & Operating HRS based avg LTR/HRS.

Hi,

First of all Please Create Standing Order and assign that order in organization Tab.

Then For Fuel consumption in Feet, Please the use T-Code IFCU and movement type 201.

But here Client not maintain GAS station and not stored Fuel.
