Non-leading ledger is not reflecting.

Hi SAP Gurus,

My user is raised an issue of Non-leading ledger is not reflecting in SAP. Its a customer related transaction and only customer(debit) entry is showing in Non-leading ledger and Sales GL(credit) entry is not showing. So there is a mismatch of 9000 in Trial Balance. But 0L ledger has both debit and credit entries.Transaction was posted through VF03. Could you please advice me where the issue happened ?
