R/3 Pricing procedure not getting downloaded

Hello Experts,

In our R/3 system some of the standard pricing procedures were missing, we have copied from 000 client and now we wanted to download this newly created pricing procedure to CRM system, I have used the download object DNL_CUST_PRICE, but still these newly created pricing procedures are not getting downloaded to CRM system.

Can you help me to resolve the issue.

Did you check in R3AM1 to see if the customizing download was complete? Or is it still in running stage? There may be some issue with the download.

Hi Murali,

If you are on CRM 5.0, try with the following note-

Note 905554 - Error in the initial download of DNL_CUST_CNDALL
