Hai Ravindra
When you create objects in the cFolders scenario, you want to use status profiles to provide a release process for your business which u nothing but ur status Management. U need to create the following in Cfolder itself.
To create a status profile Choose the Status Management,
1. Create a status profile.
2. Create a status for every step, for example: new, in process, checked, and
released.
3. Define status transitions.
4. Define actions for each status transition: user notification for transition
(notification), reminder for users about deadlines.
A status profile can be assigned at various levels. This allows you to assign a status profile to a folder and the objects contained in it.
ENJOY PLM (Cfolder)

Hi Ravindra,
User defined statuses can be used by specifying a status profile. You can define a status profile and the included user statuses via transaction BS02 or follow the path in IMG as
Collaboration Projects --> Basic Settings --> Create/Change Status Profile for User Statuses.
Also, you can specify authorization keys to each of the user statuses. Auth keys can be created in transaction BS52.
Let me know if this helps.
