We are trying to auto populate the Position Text and Position short text in the second screen of PP03 t code. For this I have made a Z implemention in BADI HRBAS00INFTY and tried putting the code in P1000-stext and P1000-SHORT in the Before output Interface .After this i have tried modifying the OLD_PNNNN value USING cl_hr_pnnnn_type_cast.but it throws an error OLD_PNNNN cannot be changed.It doesn't have the Output parameters to carry the changed values.
Please help on how to achieve this.
