Customer/Account Replication from C4C to ISU

We are working on Cloud for customer - Utilities Solution.

We are trying to replicate Customers from C4C to ISU system.We have done all required settings for Number ranges and replication.Accounts and Individual Customers are getting replicated as SD Customers in SAP ISU system.

We want C4C to be the source system for Business partners for our solution.

Creation of Customer/Account created in C4C it triggers DEBMAS and ADRUPD messages and it creates SD Customer and it is visible in KNA1 table.

For Accounts ( Organization type Customer BP ) , SD Customer creation also results into creation of Business partner in BUT000 table.We have configured CVI - Customer to BP direction for Business partner.

However , same doesnt seems to be working for Individual customers ( Business partner - Person ) .CVI is not showing any error also.

Please note we are using HCI for replication and not leveraging MDG for the C4C ISU Integration.

Please advise what can be the reason for same.
