Hello Experts,

SAP NW 7.4 PI - RWB - Component Monitor - Integration server - Self Test - ErrorCan the SLD be reached?

After online backup & restore of SAP NW 7.4 PI facing SLD ping gets exception: Exception on SLD server: HTTP status: 401 Unauthorized - User logon data is invalid or user has no authorization while self test in component monitor.

sldcheck, rfc connections are working fine. sldapicust showing the "Calling function LCR_LIST_BUSINESS_SYSTEMS Retrieving data from the SLD server... Delete Cache and import again from SLD Function call returned exception code 3 => Check whether the SLD is running! Summary: Connection to SLD does not work => Check SLD function and configurations"

Can you help me to get rid of this issues.

Hi Meghna,

Please go to ABAP stack of PI, run SLDAPICUST and check if the test with the maintained url and logon data is OK.

For example, the user is locked or missing authorization.The user should have SLD Admin roles.
