Where can i assign amount of tickets each service technician can handle per day ?

I want to assign capacity ( certain amount of ticket per day ) for each technician and can't seem to find the configration on how to do this any help please ?

    Hello Mohamed Ahmed ,

    You can maintain the 'Working Hour' / 'Working Period' and also 'Skill' for the Service Technician. But I can not see any such option/scope to set the 'Number of Tickets' the technician can set, on which he/she can work per day .
