Need to Update purchase order condition record amount (kbetr) with bapi_po_change..

client requirement

While doing import PO client has informed us the following condition values will not be known (freight value,handling charges,insurance,basic custom ).

while doing GRN only client will know the (freight value,handling charges,insurance,basic custom ). client has informed us they will not edit PO once its released by authorities.

so we are trying for enhancement in MIGO by creating new screen in which we will enter f charges ( freight value,handling charges,insurance,basic custom ) which in turn should get updated in PO.

Currently doing update using bapi_po_change...

please kindly suggest best way to get it soon.

Hi Shiva,

I think it is not possible to change condition values after GRN. Please involve u r functional condultant regarding requirement.

As per my knowledge BCD,insurance,frieght are planned costs and cost has to load into material. If you chnage at the time condition values at the time of MIRO how u will load planned delivery cost to your inventory.

I'm also of the mind that this can not be done or - if it is somehow 'bruce forced' - will have no effect on the currect trajectory of the PO and will only lead to inconsistencies. However, check on a Functional Consultant or someone who has access to the Customizing ...
