Implementing HCP and SDI together in IBP

Hi Team ,

Since IBP's Response module uses SDI and other modules uses standard integration tool HCP .

I would like to ask : -

1. Is it feasible to implement Response with other IBP modules considering both the Interfaces are required ?

2. What are the challenges faced with having 2 Interfaces?

3. Does SAP has already provided a solution for this? Or by when we can expect a solution ?

Hi Mrigendra,

1. Is it feasible to implement Response with other IBP modules considering both the Interfaces are required ?

Yes, you can have both Integration methods required at the same time.

2. What are the challenges faced with having 2 Interfaces?

There are no specific challenges, they are separate methods and you need to use one for Time-series data and other for Order-base planning.

3. Does SAP has already provided a solution for this? Or by when we can expect a solution ?

There are no different features planned in the near future Roadmap at the moment in order to have only one integration tool for both planning methods.
