"Run on" context menu is grayed out in SAP Web IDE

I believe it was just the beginning of last week where I was all of a sudden i was not able to deploy my application to my Android device. Everything was working fine until then. The context menu's look like they've changed with the new SAP Web IDE version and now I'm unable to deploy. All menu options are grayed out. Anyone have an idea what's going on here?

I'm assuming this happened on October 9th but doesn't mention anything about these changes:
