Hi,
We have some random errors when executing process chains (SAP NetWeaver BI 7.0). Sometimes, one InfoPackage comes red with status canceled.
However, there are no messages (right click on the red Infopackage in process chain log and displaying messages).
Besides, all is green in the monitor for this Infopackage, and the data are correctly loaded.
Is it a known bug ? Is there any solution to solve it ?
Thanks,
Thierry

Hi Thierry,
We just upgraded our environment to BI 7.0, and ran into similar error message in our production. I just wonder if you had the solution for this issue. Thanks.

I've searched for errors in the monitor, but couldn't visualize any.
Where can I visualize these database locks errors ?
Thanks,
Thierry

Try to look the load details in RSMON. Simetime i found some load failed due to locks and the infopackaged is in red status, but it seems than in furthers database retries, the lock is released and load sucessful.
