Database error: [Data Federator Driver] Cannot reach server. SAP BW Connection

Hello everyone,

eWe are using multi source unvierse with Oracle and SAP BW Connections. SAP Business Objects Version 4.1 Support Pack 5 Patch 1

On frequenst Basis we get the error:

Database error: [Data Federator Driver] Cannot reach server. Reason: attempt to establish connection failed: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect. (IES 10901)

After that error and if we restart the Report again Data ASP.Monitoring shoul be restarted because of Memory lack.

We discovered the problem appears if the query result from SAP BW Provider is empty.

Anyone why has the ideaq how to solve that?
