Hi Srikanth,
You should also check that syndicator of MDM is exporting files to proper folder location. same as you have given in the file adapter configuration.
Imp. Make sure that MDM location where MDM files are present is FTP enabled as you have given FTP parameter.

Hi,
I don't think that u need to specify the OS command.
The link that Chirag has provided are enough.
In addition to that, you can give the connection mode as permanent, transfer mode as binary.
The filename could be dynamic. So you can put *.xml and see whether it works. If not please go through this thread:

Hi,
If RWB-->Channel Monitoring shows that "No message processing until now". It means that, file is not picked up.
Quick Check:
1. Make sure that, you have given right IP Address and Directory Name and File Name in the File Communication Channel . All these parameters are Case-Sensitive
2. Make sure that XI has all the permission on the MDM Directory to read/fetch. I.e your MDM file should be having all the permissions.
3. Then use the file processing mode as Delete in the channle to make sure that file is processed from the folder. Just to check/troubleshoot
4.Hope your configuration is activated correctly.
Now test it and monitor in the RWB>Adapter Monitoring>Channel Monitoring also you can check in the RWB->Message Monitoring
Hope this helps,
Rgds Moorthy
