PDF File not opening

PDF file is not opening in Solution Manager? Any answer will be appreciated.

Hi,

If you are using IE 7 (server & desktop), downgrade it to IE 6.x and try. Hope this will help you.

Don´t forget to actualize the host file with IP and server name.

Make sure your ICM is running on the solution Manager. Basicaly solman tries to open pdfs in internet explorer and invoke acrobat reader on local pc (strage way to open a pdfs), but it is same case for opening any visio files and htm files as well.

Primary thing is web server on Solution Manager is running. If you have problems with your ICM, better way to open PDfs is export and open seperatly.

Thanks for you reply. I will check whether ICM is running. We can export and open the file but user doesn't want that way.

And ofcourse.. check that user's internet explorer could access ICM through browser.
