Fiori app extension connect to launchpad error

Hello experts,

I've created an extension using eclipse and fiori toolkit. I'm trying to connect it to launchpad but after trying to run i get this error

core-min-0.js:85 2016-10-18 18:45:28 Application initialization failed due to an Exception: Error: The specified component controller 'zcus.sd.salesorder.create.Component' could not be found!

the component.js file of my extended app is like this

and my LPD_CUST Configuration like this

At additional Information field i have SAPUI5.Component=zcus.sd.salesorder.create

Any ideas whats going wrong ?
