Off cycle payroll issue

Check Replace on Off Cycle Not Working - check replacement parameters on off cycle work bench are not working. We need to replace a check that was run (and lost) in 2007.

To facilitate the above process, when I’m trying to execute the program RFFOUS_C this is the following error

“Program RFFOUS_C. NO Records Selected”

Could some body please let me know what might be causing the error.

And also, is that mandatory that we have configure Process model to facilitate the above process or could we go with standard Process Model (SAPUSCRP).

Please help me with this.
