I don't know why the FAGLFLEXA-RASSC is not filled but BSEG-VBUND is filled. Someone can help me?

You must assign scenario FIN_CONS to your NewGL ledger.

(IMG path : Financial Accounting (New) > Financial Accounting Basic Settings (New) > Ledgers > Ledger > Assign Scenarios and Customer Fields to Ledgers )
