Hi Gurus,

I have configured SSO between EP 6.0 and R/3 .

It was working fine intially now its started throwing a error message that " certificate validity is expired" where as I have checked the validity its seems to be fine.

Can anyone please tell me what will be the root cause of this problem

Higher points will be rewarded for useful inputs............

Thanks in Advance,

Dharani

Hi Dharani,

There are a couple of things you need to check for :

When you configured the SSO, did you go to the visual administrator and generate a new key ticket?

If you have not done that:

1. Log on to Visual Admin.

2. Delete the already exisiting ticket.

3. Generate a new ticket

4. Download the verify.der

5. Upload the same using STRUSTSSO2 in the backend system.

Also, check for these links which will throw more light on SSO

https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/wiki?path=/display/ep/sso%2bchecklist

Please let me know if you still face any issues.

Reward points if handy

Hi Dharani,

To my knowledge there is particular validaity for each Certifiacate which we will be using. Typically it will be for a year or around.

U said that you have checked the validiity and seems to be fine. can you let me know what al you have tested.

The problem is only with the expiration of the Certificate. Can you please regenerate the cerificate and do the trust management again.

Hope this resolves your issue .

Cheers,

Ratan
