SEM-BCS - parallell data basis and consolidation area to UC_CONTENT_ACTIVAT

We have run the report UC_CONTENT_ACTIVATE to use as help when setting up consolidation at a customer. We also wanted to create a parallell data basis to the 01 that the report created, and also a consolidation area connected to our new data basis. We have managed to create a data basis 02 that seems OK. But - we can´t create consolidation areas. We have done it several times, connected it to data basis 02 - but the next time we log on it has disappeard. Same thing if we create consolidation units in the consolidation area before exiting - they are also gone next time we log on.

Has anyone else experienced this - what could cause this behaviour? It should be possible to have parallell data basis and consolidation areas.
