Hi,

In 2007 version

In Batch Details whether you choose ItemDescription or Item No you get Item Description. How can I get Item No (ItemCode)?

Hi Maxim,

To display the 'Item No.' instead of the 'Item Description' in the 'List of Batches' window, you would need to uncheck the box 'Display Descr.' for 'Item No.' row in the 'Form Setting' window.

When you are processing the Goods Receipt / AP Invoice and you are on the Batch Setup Window

OR

When you are processing the Delivery / AR Invoice and you are on the Batch Number Selection Window

You could click on the Form Settings and select Rows from Document radio button and Check the Item Code and Item Description check box and you be able to see both the Item Code and Item Desc

If you are referring to some other window by "In Batch Details" then please let me know

Hi Maxim,

I do not understand where exactly you are talking about....if it's in the batch details in the inventory - Item management - Batches - batch Details then in that I am able to get both the Item No.and the item description.

Please let me know in deatail.
