1. generally we see the setup table in SE11 or SE16 by giving MC*SETUP, you can find all the setup table here

Referential Integrity
The check for referential integrity occurs for transaction data and master data if they are flexibly updated.

3. Schedule Process Chain.
Goto the start variant of the process chain -> Right Click -> Maintain Variant -> Change Selection
Here you can set Immediate or daily or hourly etc. You can also repeat the same by selecting Periodic job.
