Number range according to company code for same account group

Hi All,

We are doing a rollout on ECC 5.0 version. The

current instance is being used by companies associated with 8 different

countries and all these multiple companies have been configured in the

same client.

The user has specified vendor account groups which are commonly being

used by all the countries. For India also we will be using the same

vendor account groups which are being already used by other countries.

However, we need to have a different number range for these account

groups based on the company code. However in the configuration, the

number range object is independent of company code.

There seems to be no way in SAP to define the number ranges on the

company code level.

Please advice.
