How to search for objects in BWMT?

Hi folks,

I was wondering if there is any funcionality in BWMT to search for obects of a specific kind. Lets say, I am searching for an ADSO whose name starts with "Z". The search function available does not allow to restrict search to a certain object type. Did I miss something?

Greetings

Markus

Choose Start of the navigation path Search Next navigation step Search... End of the navigation path in the user menu. As an alternative, you can use the shortcut Ctrl + H or press the Search (Search) button in the BW Modeling perspective

Thanks Eugeniy but this is not what I was looking for.

I know about the search functionality in HANA Studio. I even know about the BW related search funcionality but as you might have recognized, BW search does not allow you to restrict your search to certain object types. There is an advanced filter option that displays all object types, but you can not restrict which objets to search for. You can only specify a name or parts of the name and some keydates about the object to search for. But why should I search for all objects starting with a "Z" if I only want to search for an ADSO whose name starts with a "Z". Or is the general intend of HANA to search for all objects and than let the user re-search the search results?
