Hi Friends,

I have an issue in SO where customer order X material with 1 BOX. Which have UOM as 1 BOX equal to 6 pack.

There are 2 deliveries has been created for material X first delivery 0.333 BX which mean equal to 2 pack, Second delivery requested to 0.667 BX. which should be equal to 4 packs but SAP trigger 5 Packs instead of 4.

In Delivery Item category we have set rounding indicator set as blank which means

No rounding. I am not sure to avoid this do we have config which I am missing or a SAP note (which I am couldn't find).

Please assist .

0.667 BX is mathematically 4.002 packages when 6 packages equal to 1 BX,

which means it is 4 full packages + 1 package with decimal dust, together 5 packages.

you should just avoid broken boxes, especially if boxes are your base unit of measure, as this creates all kind of nonsense reactions. You should have seen a warning message when you maintained the alternative unit to be smaller than the base unit.

How can it be? Either you can have in multiples of box or pack but not in decimals. Did you change the quantity manually in delivery to decimals?
