partner functions for sales document item

Hi all,

I wanted to assign a 'sales person' function to a sales order. And it should be MANDATORY.

I did all the config settings in VOPAN, attached it to the sales order type. I also made sure that partner function 'sales person' is made mandatory in all relevant assignments. Still it is not shown in that sales order...

Can u tell me if i m forgetting something? Or watt else can be done to make it mandatory?

Hi Prashant,

You should include this partner function for the partner determinatio procedure relevant for the account group of the customer(To maintain the partner number of the partner function in the customer master)

You have to first include this as a partner function at the procedure for the sales document type(for the partner function to become applicable at the header level.

Then you should also include this as partner function at the item category( for the PF to become applicable for each material/item

Now for the sold to party, you have to maintain the sales person data in the customer master.

Now you create the sales orders, you can see the sales person partner function coming in the sales order.
