Problem in Uploaing BI patches in BW 7.0 Server.

HI,

We are trying to upload BI-Cont 7.03 Batches from level 01 to level 08. When we tried to upload thorugh transaction SPAM.

Support packages->upload-> from frontend is disabled.

We could not able to upload patches level.

Please give some pointers in that.
