Smart form printing problem, please Help.

Hi All,

I have a small doubt in smartforms printing.

I have a program that triggetrs the smartform, and the output types for this smartform are already configured to different trays on the printer.

my doubt is when the tray 1 is 'open', all the documents from tray 2,3,4 get automatically directed to tray1.

the smartform and the program and the output types in Nace are already configuired.. please could anyone tell me where can i go and debug for this issue.. to see that even when tray 1 is open the dicuments will to to thier appropriate trays itself and be redirected.
