Network and activities confirmation

Hello,

I know the CN28 transaction to display the networks confirmations.

I wanted to know if it is possible to create a confirmation in an activity?

Is it like for the fabrication order / Operation confirmations? Do we have the two possibilities (conf. in activity or in network)? what are the transactions?
