TDMS Shellcreation

I've read presentation "TDMS Shellcreation", and I'm interesting to apply this process to refresh our quality system, because the productive database has 800Gb.

Do you know if exist an official documentation or notes to apply this procedure ?

At the time, is possible to execute the same procedure with another relase as ECC 5.0 or ECC 6.0 ?
