Not able to change the SAPJSF password

Hi all,

I changed the ume configuration settings in a dual installation scenario.I changed the client,master user(sapjsf) and password .The J2ee engine stopped.I reset the client and user back to default values in configtool but not able to reset the master pwd .In the other way i am not able to edit the ume.r3.connection.master.passwd property.Wat might be the reason
