Hi expert, I'm new in Basis SAP. I want to install SAP with option distributed system for ECC6 EHP7 (ABAP) and using MSSQLSEVER as database on MS Server 2012 r2. While install database,database instance,ASCS they going fine, but at last step while installing PAS on phase START INSTANCE I got an error that said:

An error occurred while processing option SAP Business Suite 7i 2013 Support Release 2 > EHP7 for SAP ERP 6.0 ABAP Support Release 2 > MS SQL Server > SAP Systems > Application Server ABAP > Distributed System > Primary Application Server Instance( Last error reported by the step: Instance <SID>/DVEBMGS00 reached state SHUTDOWN after having state STARTING. Giving up.)

I've try to change the content of hosts file but still not working and got another error "Instance <SID>/DVEBMGS00 reached state UNKNOWN after having state STARTING. Giving up.)"

When i try to see the log from warning pop up. it show this "Account uid="S-1-5-32-544" does not exist. Failed action: with parameters Error number 207 error type SPECIFIC_CODE" is that relevant? user account on windows already fulfilled the prerequisite. I'm using SAP<SID> to do installation.

Any suggestion?
